Koviak Construction, a trusted name in commercial and residential construction, is now hiring General Laborers and Skilled Window Installers. We're growing fast and looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our crew. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in construction, we want to hear from you!

Open Positions

General Laborers

  • Assist with framing, carpentry, and demolition tasks

  • Load and unload materials and tools

  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

  • Support skilled trades as needed

  • No experience required — we provide on-the-job training!

Window Installers

  • Install vinyl and fiberglass windows in residential and commercial projects

  • Replace glass and seal windows to ensure weather-tight installation

  • Read and follow blueprints or installation guides

  • Experience preferred; must be comfortable using hand and power tools

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and punctuality

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding

  • Basic knowledge of construction tools (for installers)

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
